Editorial corrections

If you spot a factual error in a review, a broken affiliate link, an out-of-date specification, or a typo — please send the URL and the correction. We re-date pages when we make material corrections.

Press and partnerships

If you represent a manufacturer, retailer, utility, installer network or industry body, include who you represent and what you’re proposing. Note that we do not accept paid product placements, sponsored “best of” lists, or commission-weighted reviews — see Editorial Standards.

Tool bug reports

If a tool isn’t working (quiz won’t advance, calculator throws a blank result, planner doesn’t save), please include your browser, the OS, and a one-line description of what broke. Screenshots help.

Newsletter unsubscribe

Use the unsubscribe link in any of our newsletter emails. If for any reason that link doesn’t work, send us your subscription email and we’ll remove you manually within a working week.
